"Very good quality. Its a bit of a hassel to order - to run all those tier hurtles to finally get to the premium cut and best grade - with proper thickness. But if you succeed - and then you can pay $105 per steak - the meat seems unrivaled. Offering overnight shipping is also a bonus for short fuse ordering."
