Ordering
Where can SRF ship? Does SRF ship internationally?
We ship to all 50 states. Some areas in Alaska are prohibited due to dry ice restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time (including Canada).
A physical street address is required - we cannot ship to PO boxes or lockers. Please double check the address on the order as Snake River Farms isn't responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We recommend sending your order to a residential address. You can ship to a business address, but delays can occur because of no weekend deliveries.
If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line.
Is there a website minimum?
Yes, we require an order of $49 to place an order on the site.
When will I get charged?
Orders invoice immediately upon purchase. For any subsequent orders on an active subscription, the order will invoice the Friday prior to shipping the following week. You will receive an email prior to the subscription renewal to make any changes.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes, we currently offer subscriptions on our boxes. When adding a box to your cart, you can select between 'One-Time Purchase' and 'Subscribe & Save.' You can edit, modify or cancel your subscription at any point in your account.
At this time, all subscription orders ship Standard Ground and will only be available in the contiguous 48 states.
When should I select delivery?
We allow you to select delivery in the checkout process of the website. We recommend choosing at least 1 week in advance of any special occasion to accommodate unforeseen transit delays. This will allow you the time to thaw in the fridge prior to cooking.
With subscription orders, your delivery date will be assigned. You will see the estimated day of your first delivery at checkout. Your subsequent orders will charged on Fridays and ship at the start of the following week. You will receive an email prior to the subscription renewal to make any changes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee any order modification or cancelation requests; however, we will do our best to accommodate the changes based on where the order is in the fulfillment process.
Why is my promo code not working?
We only accept one promo code per order. Be sure to check that the items in your cart apply to the current promotion and that your cart meets the requirements. Promo codes cannot be used when you are redeeming your points for a dollar amount or discount off an order. However, you can use a promo code when redeeming free rewards products.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we do offer military discounts through ID.me. Please follow the link to receive your discount here.
Do you have pricing for restaurants or grocery stores?
We do not offer any wholesale pricing on the website. If you are a retailer or distributor looking to get in contact with our wholesale division, please reach out to AB Foods at fsrc@abfoods.com.
Products and Product Handling
How long will my products last?
All orders are packed to deliver frozen or partially frozen. Upon delivery, you can safely store in the freezer for up to 6 months. If your products arrive cool to the touch and thawed, use a thermometer to check the temperature. Per USDA guidelines, meat kept at 40°F or cooler can be safely stored in the fridge for 7 days. Hams are good for 90 days in the fridge. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, please reach out to us.
How long does it take to thaw?
Please allow 6 hours for every pound of product to thaw in the refrigerator before preparing. We recommend consuming beef and pork products within 7 days and seafood within 1 day of thawing. Items removed from the original vacuum seals during the freezing or thawing process are excluded from our quality guarantee.
How do I properly dispose of dry ice?
We recommend leaving the dry ice inside the box to let it fully evaporate. Leave in a well-ventilated area - outside or in the garage to be extra safe.
We do not recommend placing dry ice inside of a sink or down a drain, as the extreme temperature of dry ice can cause cracks and issues to the surface.
Packaging and Shipping
What are the shipping options?
We ship exclusively via FedEx. We offer Standard Ground for $9.99 and Rush Shipping for $49.99. The states of Hawaii and Alaska require Priority Air.
At this time, all subscription orders ship Standard Ground and will only be available in the contiguous 48 states.
How are orders packed and shipped?
To maintain the highest quality, our products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging, perfectly aged and flash-frozen prior to shipment.
To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped using a reusable thermal bag in a recyclable shipper box lined with a biodegradable insulated foam. Large items like briskets and hams will not fit in the thermal bag, but one is added to the shipment. Shelf stable goods like jerky and salami don't require coolant.
How can I track my order?

Order Issues
Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee that your order will deliver frozen or partially frozen with all items included to the provided address. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. As our founder Robert Rebholtz, Sr. said, "We want our customers to want to do business with us."
What if my meat arrives partially thawed or completely frozen?
We guarantee your order will arrive frozen or partially frozen, so you can put your items directly into the freezer upon arrival.
If your order arrives thawed, please reach out to us. The meat can be kept in the fridge and consumed within 7 days if it arrives cooler than 40°F. We do not recommend refreezing fully thawed items.
What happens if my order gets delayed in transit?
Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances might delay your shipment. While we cannot guarantee an on-time delivery caused by these delays, we do guarantee the condition of your order upon arrival. If your order doesn't arrive frozen or partially frozen, please reach out to us.
What happens if I pay for Rush Shipping and it doesn't make it on time?
If you pay for Rush Shipping and it doesn't deliver on time, we will refund the shipping fee.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with an order you sent or received, please reach out to us. We will help resolve your concerns.
What should I do if my order is incomplete?
If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and list the missing item(s) and quantities. Please note that your order can be sent from multiple warehouses. We always recommend checking your tracking emails to ensure you don't have multiple tracking numbers.
Rewards
What is Club SRF?
Club SRF is our rewards program. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once you earn enough points to unlock rewards, you can redeem them for discounts and free product.
Club SRF is not a credit card. Additionally, points cannot be redeemed for cash.
How do I view and use my points?
To view and use your Club SRF points, log into your SRF account. From there, you can see your points balance underneath your name at the top left-hand side of the page. Click 'Learn & Redeem' to explore the program and redeem your points.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire after 12 months of inactivity (i.e. no purchase or redemption).
How do I know my Club SRF tier status?
When logged into your SRF account, you can view your tier status when you click 'Learn & Redeem.' This page will show you your tier, points balance and the benefits of each tier.
How do I enter the rewards tiers in Club SRF?
Club SRF loyalty tiers are based off of spend thresholds. Once you hit the minimum spend threshold, you will unlock that tier for the next 12 months.
- Member+ $150 minimum annual spend
- Insider $500 minimum annual spend
- Legend $2,000 minimum annual spend
To maintain your tier the following year, you must spend the minimum amount within 12 months of entering that tier.
Privacy
How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from all email communication by submitting your email address here. Alternatively, you can open any marketing email you have received from Snake River Farms and scroll all the way to the bottom. Click the 'Unsubscribe' button in the footer.
If you would like to unsubscribe from text messages, simply respond back to a text from Snake River Farms with 'STOP' and you will automatically be unsubscribed.
Do you sell my information?
No, Snake River Farms doesn't sell any information to third parties.
How can I manage the cookie data that is collected on the site?
