Serve up an authentic Texas BBQ spread, even if you don’t have a smoker or grill. This special package featuring a SRF brisket and two different sausages made with SRF beef. Southside Market and Barbeque is the oldest BBQ joint in Texas and has decades of award-winning experience. They season our SRF Black briskets with just salt and pepper, then smoke them low and slow over Texas post oak. The result is traditional Texas-style brisket that’s tender with the right amount of smoky flavor.
Two 4-packs of SRF sausages, smoked beef and jalapeno cheddar, round out the feast. All products are smoked, fully cooked and arrive frozen. Just thaw, heat and get ready for a Texas BBQ Experience.
