Cooking Tips

Explore the delicious difference of the SRF Pioneer Burger. The secret to the savory flavor and meaty texture is carefully blending three different cuts of American Wagyu beef.

This custom combination consists of 60% chuck, 20% brisket and 20% ribeye cuts. The chuck, or shoulder, is a popular source for burgers. Remember seeing “ground chuck” at the store? It’s known for robust beefiness and good marbling. The brisket adds more marbling, a unique flavor element and hearty texture. The ribeye is full of rich marbling and amazing flavor.

The lean and fat percentages are 75% (lean) and 25% (fat). Put them all together and you’ve got a savory gourmet patty to headline at your next burger night.

Each package contains (2) 8 oz. patties.

Season your burger generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. 

Grill on medium-high heat and cook until the patty is a deep brown color, roughly 5 to 6 minutes. 

Flip the burger to the opposite side and let cook for another 3 to 5 minutes (not as long as the first side). 

Let your burger 4 to 5 minutes before serving. 

Wagyu burgers go best with a softer bun such as a Challah or the classic sesame seed bun. For added texture, lightly grill the buns so they’re golden brown.
