These full sized ribs are larger than our baby backs. These spare ribs are 100% Berkshire (Kurobuta) pork with a deep pink color, rich flavor and juiciness.

The membrane found on the bone side of all pork ribs is not removed. Kurobuta ribs are smaller in size than conventional pork, and we do not recommend them for competitions.
