Kurobuta pork is finely marbled, exceptionally juicy and packed with flavor. Our Kurobuta chops possess a signature deep pink color that is distinctive and a visible sign of superior quality. There can be some variation in size with our natural pork chops. We hand-cut each chop, and the normal taper of each whole loin naturally creates chops of slightly different weights.
