The Double R Ranch tri-tip falls somewhere between a steak and a roast. It’s delicious cut into steaks, but this cut really shines when it is roasted, grilled or smoked whole. This crescent shaped roast is best prepared using only salt and pepper and grilled to an ideal medium rare.
