The iconic burger goes from main event to party starter by sandwiching mini Wagyu patties, crispy bacon and all the fixings between two Chimichurri-seasoned tater tots. Perfect for potlucks, tailgates, cocktail parties and backyard barbecues, these easy, elevated skewers let you serve premium flavor with minimal fuss.
Ingredients

1 pound Snake River Farms American Wagyu Ground Beef

5 slices Snake River Farms Kurobuta Bacon
-
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese, quartered

13 cherry tomatoes, halved

25 bread and butter pickles
-
2 cups loosely packed baby Bibb lettuce leaves

1/2 a 24-oz. bag store-bought tater tots, cooked

Ketchup and mustard, for serving
Directions
Divide the ground beef into 25 equal balls. Shape each ball into a thin patty and season with salt.
Add the bacon to a large skillet set over medium-low heat. Cook the bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness then transfer it to a plate. Discard or reserve all but 2 tablespoons of the rendered bacon fat.
Increase the heat to medium-high. Add a portion of the patties and cook, flipping once, until they reach your desired level of doneness, about 5 minutes for medium. Transfer the mini burgers to a plate then repeat the cooking process with the remaining patties.
Cut each piece of bacon into five pieces.
Toss the cooked tots with the Chimichurri Seasoning.
Assemble the skewers by sandwiching each of the patties with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce between two tater tots. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
