Cooking Tips

This is the same gourmet ground beef used by top chefs and restaurants to make signature hamburgers, sliders and main dishes that are robust, meaty and delicious. 100% natural with no added hormones, this is premium restaurant quality ground beef. Made extra rich with a blend of 75% lean and 25% fat.

These pre-measured, one-pound packages are convenient for making your own juicy burgers or for preparing your favorite recipes. You’ll appreciate how the square packages take up very little space in your fridge or freezer.

Here are some tips for using SRF Wagyu ground beef. 

Season generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to bring out the natural flavor. 

Blended 70% lean and 25% fat for rich, juicy flavor. Plan on more shrinkage than leaner ground beef blends.  

For burgers, grill on medium-high heat and cook until the patty is a deep brown color, roughly 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the burger to the opposite side and let cook for another 3 to 5 minutes (not as long as the first side). 

Let your burger 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
