Billionaire’s Bacon? Why do I call it Billionaire’s
Bacon? Because it’s rich! This simple recipe will win you friends and admirers,
and while it sounds odd to pass around a platter of bacon at a party, TRUST ME,
IT’S NOT. Guaranteed fastest thing to disappear.
Snake River Farm’s Kurobuta bacon only makes the end result that much more spectacular, perfectly meaty, smoky, with a clean pork flavor, accented in its pig candy form.

Ingredients
-
1 package Kurobuta bacon
-
1 cup granulated sugar
-
1 cup light brown sugar
-
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon togarashi spice (Japanese pepper spice, optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Wrap a rimmed baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the foil wrapped sheet tray.
In a large baking dish, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, black pepper, and togarashi spice with a whisk or your hands until well blended. Dip each slice of bacon in the sugar mixture, pressing to coat and then gently shake off excess sugar. Repeat with all bacon slices. Lay the bacon on the wire rack and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes until crisp.
