These special sausages are made with coarsely ground Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef and fresh cracked pepper The fresh, high quality ingredients are formed and filled in a natural pork casing. The final touch is a gentle smoke over real Texas post oak for a delicious eating experience. Each 12-pack of smoked beef sausages arrives at your door frozen, fully cooked and ready to prepare. Just thaw completely and heat in a smoker, on a grill, or sauté in a skillet. These sausages are gluten free and are made without MSG.

Average weight is 3.25 lbs. Each package contains 12 sausages.

Sausage should always be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F. When the natural juices of the sausage break through the casing, that’s a great indicator that the sausage is ready. 

Thaw smoked sausages completely before heating. 

Easy to prepare using a grill, smoker or saute pan.

How to cook sausage

Start with fully thawed sausages. Use a grill or skillet to heat, turning to evenly brown all sides. Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the heat, allow to rest 3 to 5 minutes and serve.

SRF sausages contain American Wagyu beef and/or Kurobuta pork and are produced using artisan methods. Any added ingredients are carefully sourced near the production facilities for the best quality and flavor.

Is sausage the same as salami?

No, they are different. Salami is a type of dry-cured meat. A sausage is typically made of finely chopped beef or pork that is seasoned and stuffed into a casing. All Snake River Farms sausages are made with our SRF American Kurobuta Pork or SRF American Wagyu Beef and a proprietary blend of spices. All Snake River Farms sausages are pre-cooked.
