A great smash burger starts with the right beef in the right format. Snake River Farms American Wagyu Smash Burger Patties are pre-smashed for maximum contact with the cooking surface, delivering crispy, lacy edges and a juicy, buttery bite.

Each quarter-pound patty cooks straight from frozen on a griddle, stovetop, or grill. Rich American Wagyu marbling delivers the flavor and texture that has made Snake River Farms the pioneers of American Wagyu beef.

Each package contains 8 quarter-pound patties (2 lbs total).

Cooking Tips

Cooking Guide: Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. For best results, cook to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a meat thermometer. A flat cooking surface that maximizes contact is ideal for developing a crispy, caramelized crust.

Griddle
Preheat griddle over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Place frozen patties on the griddle, pressing lightly for full surface contact.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping every 3 to 4 minutes, until 160°F internal temperature is reached.

Stovetop
Preheat a cast iron skillet or heavy pan over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Place frozen patties in the pan and press lightly to ensure full contact with the surface.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping every 3 to 4 minutes, until 160°F internal temperature is reached.

Grill
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place frozen patties on the grill.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping every 3 to 4 minutes, until 160°F internal temperature is reached.
