Crafted from 100% American Wagyu beef, each gourmet patty is a generous ½ pound and made using a patented "Ultimate Patty" method that creates an exceptionally juicy burger.

Each package contains (4) ½ pound patties.

Season your burger generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.

Cook from frozen, do not thaw. Grill on medium-high heat and cook until the patty is a deep brown color, roughly 5 to 6 minutes.

Flip the burger to the opposite side and let cook for another 3 to 5 minutes (not as long as the first side).

Let your burger 4 to 5 minutes before serving.

Wagyu burgers go best with a softer bun such as a Challah or the classic sesame seed bun. For added texture, lightly grill the buns so they’re golden brown.

"Just a darn good burger! Throw it over some lump charcoal about 6-7 minutes each side. Gives a great char but still maintains juiciness. Also works with indirect for about 16 minutes then hard sear to desired temperature. I’ve already bought these again and again!"

The secret to cooking these

"The secret to cooking these is to reverse sear. I was struggling with these by following the directions and throwing thick frozen patties on the grill. The outsides would cook long before the inside. They also make a ton of greasy steam so do not try to cook a frozen patty indoors. What you need to do is bake them at 250 until probe reaches 130, then throw on on the grill or flat iron (400 degrees) for a quick sear. Foolproof method if you have about 45 minutes. Deducted 1 star for terrible cooking instructions."
