The Thermapen ONE has a digital display that automatically rotates so it’s easy to read an any angle. It also has a bright backlight that makes it easy to read in the dark. The sealed case is rated IP7 and can be immersed in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Thermoworks provides this durable culinary tool with a 5-Year Warranty against defects.
