A classic steakhouse doesn’t need a long menu, just the right cuts, prepared well. The Steakhouse Reserve follows the same philosophy pairing SRF Gold® top sirloins and SRF Black® filet mignons for a balance of robust flavor and fork-tender texture. These are the steaks that define the steakhouse experience: deeply satisfying, expertly marbled, and ready for a hot pan or open flame.

Alongside the American Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork chops bring a traditional chophouse favorite into the mix. These heritage bred chops deliver exceptional juiciness and flavor. Whether you’re recreating a white tablecloth dinner at home or firing up the grill for a weekend feast, this collection captures the flavor of steakhouse dining.

These are awesome to reverse

"These are awesome to reverse sear. Smoke at 190F to an internal temp of 125F. Pull and increase the out temp to as hot as you can get. Use the flat side of grill grates or a cast iron griddle. Drizzle steaks with avocado oil and sear for 20 seconds. Flip. Another 20s. Flip and repeat. Pull and let stand for 5 min. Totally awesome."

Oh my goodness! I have

"Oh my goodness! I have lost count of how many of these delicious, individually frozen frenched pork chops I have purchased and cooked. Seared, then 3 minutes on first side, flipped and cooked for 2 minutes! Let it rest a few minutes. Delish. Talked a senior gentleman into buying and trying. He remarked that it was the most chewable, flavorful chop he remembers eating. He is in his 90's! Thanks, SRF"

We have been getting steaks

"We have been getting steaks from David Burke Prime to cook for our anniversary for years. We decided to order directly from the source this time and it was even better than we expected. We were able to finally try Wagyu and it was fantastic. It was buttery and rich right out of the pan without having to add anything extra. We will definitely be ordering again."

Pork chops at snake River

"Pork chops at snake River Farms are the highest quality that you can purchase. They are cut to perfection. Very juicy cooking them on a cast-iron skillet. I would recommend all their meats to anybody that expects the highest quality in their meats."

"Great steak, but the packaging was too much."

Always perfect- just about fool

"Always perfect- just about fool proof when you cook. Use their pork rub. I ran out and tried a similar rub and while the rub was very good, SNF Rub was better"

Very disappointed. Sirloin was one

"Very disappointed. Sirloin was one big gristle piece. Filet was a tough cut, more like a sirloin cut. Was really looking-forward to receiving and eating SRF. Just disappointed. Thanks for checking."
