Cooking Tips

Sliders, or mini burgers, are a great appetizer, small meal or party snack. Serve only the best with the SRF Wagyu Pioneer Sliders made with three different cuts of American Wagyu beef. We custom blend 60% chuck, 20% brisket and 20% ribeye to create a rich, juicy combination of the most flavorful ground beef available.

Each package contains (4) 2 oz. sliders.

Here are some tips for making the best sliders on the grill. 

Season your burger generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. 

Grill on medium-high heat and cook until the patty is a deep brown color, roughly 3 to 4 minutes. 

Flip the burger to the opposite side and let cook for another 2 to 3 minutes (not as long as the first side). 

Look for Hawaiian, dinner or slider rolls that are scaled down for small patties. For added texture, lightly grill the buns so they’re golden brown.

All SRF products are American Wagyu. We use the Japanese Beef Marbling Score (or BMS) to measure the marbling present in the beef. Both SRF Black® and SRF Gold® grade above USDA Prime. The SRF Black® grades between a BMS 6 to 8; SRF Gold® is the highest marbled with a BMS score at 9+.
