Cooking Tips

Recognized as "the world’s most decadent burger,” Snake River Farms American Wagyu hamburgers have been featured extensively in major media outlets including CNN, the Today Show and The Wall Street Journal.

Crafted from 100% American Wagyu beef, each gourmet patty is a generous ½ pound and made using a patented "Ultimate Patty" method that creates an exceptionally juicy burger. 

Each package contains (2) 8 oz. patties.

Season your burger generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. 

Grill on medium-high heat and cook until the patty is a deep brown color, roughly 5 to 6 minutes. 

Flip the burger to the opposite side and let cook for another 3 to 5 minutes (not as long as the first side). 

Let your burger 4 to 5 minutes before serving. 

Wagyu burgers go best with a softer bun such as a Challah or the classic sesame seed bun. For added texture, lightly grill the buns so they’re golden brown.
