Here’s a special smoked sausage made with a blend of our premium pork and beef, fresh jalapenos and real cheddar cheese. The skilled sausage makers at Southside Market and Barbeque coarsely grind our meat and fill natural pork casings. Lesser quality products use canned or frozen peppers, but ours use only fresh jalapenos. The result is a hearty sausage with the bite of creamy cheddar and just the right punch of spice. These handcrafted beauties are gluten free and made without MSG.

Average weight: 13 oz. Each package contains 4 sausages.

Sausage should always be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F. When the natural juices of the sausage break through the casing, that’s a great indicator that the sausage is ready. 

Thaw smoked sausages completely before heating. 

Easy to prepare using a grill, smoker or saute pan.

How to cook sausage

Start with fully thawed sausages. Use a grill or skillet to heat, turning to evenly brown all sides. Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the heat, allow to rest 3 to 5 minutes and serve.
