Add variety to your grill with a piquant smoked sausage made with a blend of Kurobuta pork, American Wagyu beef, habanero peppers and real jack cheese seasoned with jalapenos. Southside Market and Barbeque coarsely grinds our beef and pork with pepper jack cheese and habanero peppers to create a special sausage to fill natural pork casings. The finished product is a peppery sausage with the smooth jack cheese and an added kick. The handcrafted sausage is gluten free and made without MSG.

Sausage should always be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F. When the natural juices of the sausage break through the casing, that’s a great indicator that the sausage is ready. 

Thaw smoked sausages completely before heating.
