Enjoy wild caught cod sourced from the Northwest Pacific region. Firm, flaky and mildly sweet, this delicious fish is 100% caught and processed in the U.S. Each skinless filet is naturally low in fat and is caught using responsible and sustainable fishing practices. Cooks up beautifully pan seared, grilled or steamed. Ideal for your favorite recipe that calls for a firm, white fish.

Each package contains 2 – 6 oz. portions flash frozen at the peak of freshness. Please note the shape of each filet may vary depending on where it is cut.

 

Cooking Tips

Northwest Pacific cod is extremely versatile and can be baked, broiled, pan fried or grilled with equal success. 

Coat the fillets in batter, pan fry and serve with homemade fries outstanding fish & chips.  

Cod has a mild flavor it pairs well with a wide range of seasonings. Simple additions like lemon and herbs are delicious as well as spicier ingredients. 

Avoid overcooking this fish as it can turn tough and rubbery. It is easy to gauge if cod is cooked visually when it begins to flake or use a thermometer and target an internal temperature of no more than 140°F.

All seafood is wild caught in sustainably managed US fisheries. All fish purchased from SRF is labeled with the species name, catch location, catch method, and, if applicable, the vessel it was caught on. To ensure top quality, all seafood products are flash frozen at peak freshness.
