"I'm giving this a one star based on price vs quality. I buy a lot of steaks and more here and this was probably the worst. It was rather tough, even at medium rare and lacked flavor, even less so then their sirloin cuts which are significantly cheaper. There are so many better cuts to chose from then this, especially if you're a new customer. I'll stick to the cuts I know are good moving forward."

Both we cooked the same way, same temp, etc. . . The filet just had a better texture and flavor, for my liking. But, the Zabuton Block was definitely enjoyed by the rest of my party. Overall, a nice cut."
