i waited a few months

"i waited a few months before leaving a review to really test how his works with different types of food (frying chicken, beef, burger, stir fry rice with veggies, and reheating leftovers)…. it’s pure deliciousness. it’s unreal. no matter what i throw on the skillet, with this is comes out tasty every time. my one year old loves it - it’s an easy way for me to sneak in healthy fats with a super picky munchkin. even hubby said the other day this is so good. so now of course i buy 3 at a time. i have only 2 cooking oils in my kitchen - olive oil (salads and so on) and this beef tallow. it handles high heat beautifully and there’s zero weird taste. it tastes clean if that makes any sense. so it doesn’t interfere with the dish i’m making. you’ve got yourself a winner here Snake River Farms. well done."
