"Wow. The Manhattan Roast was the perfect size for our family of three. . . plus French Dips plus Pho (so. . . lots of leftovers). It looks small, but the meat is so rich with a ton of marbling that your portions are smaller. I'm now planning on a rib roast for Xmas AND a sous vide Chuck Roast later on. I'm fully sold."

"Terrible. A thick ~1lb of inedible gristle on top; the remainder was streaked with many, many large fat inclusions. Only suitable for sandwiches after tedious dissection of each slice. Yield about 30%. No noticeable marbling, despite "gold" quality. Very sad."
