"I’ve bought 2 briskets, Wagyu dogs, bacon, and various cured meats from SRF. I’ve not tried the cured meats yet but everything I have tried has been outstanding. I cooked the dogs in a hand held cast iron mini Dutch oven essentially. Low and slow for about 30 minutes. Fantastic! Can’t wait to try the other purchases."
