Our American Wagyu ground beef is the same product Snake River Farms supplies to top chefs and restaurants. The rich marbling in SRF Wagyu ground beef bastes itself as it cooks, delivering bold, deeply beefy flavor whether you're making smash burgers, sliders or meatballs. 

Our ground beef is 75% lean, 25% fat. The higher fat content means more flavor and a juicier finished bite compared to standard 80/20 ground beef. 

These pre-measured one-pound packages are convenient for everyday cooking and sized to stack flat in your fridge or freezer. Each package is 1 lb. 

Cooking Tips

Cooking Tips: Snake River Farms Wagyu ground beef has a 75/25 lean-to-fat ratio. Season generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to bring out the natural beef flavor.

For burgers, grill or cook in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook until the patty develops a deep brown crust, roughly 4 to 5 minutes. Flip once and cook another 3 to 4 minutes. For medium, pull at 135°F to 145°F internal temperature. Rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

For smash burgers, preheat a cast iron pan or griddle over high heat. Add a loosely formed ball of ground beef and press flat immediately. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until the edges are crispy and brown, then flip and add cheese. The higher fat content in SRF Wagyu ground beef makes it ideal for smash burgers; the fat renders into the crust for maximum flavor.

For meatballs, the 75/25 ratio keeps them juicy through longer cook times. Mix minimally to keep the texture tender.
