This Smoked Bone-in Ham, created by Tuffy Stone, is a showstopper with its smoky, tender meat and sweet-spicy Honey Chipotle Glaze. The glaze combines the rich sweetness of honey with the smokiness of chipotle and a kick from a touch of SPG rub. Slow-cooked to perfection, this ham is a delicious addition to any holiday spread or special occasion.
Ingredients

1 cup of honey

2 tablespoons Chipotle puree

1 teaspoon of Tuffy Stone The Big Umami or favorite salt pepper garlic rub

SRF Kurobuta Whole Bone-In Ham
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Place Bone-in ham covered with a piece of aluminum foil in smoker or oven running at 275°F.
Heat the ham until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.
Remove aluminum foil and brush are coat the ham with the Honey Chipotle Glaze. Heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the smoker or oven and rest for about 30 minutes before serving.
