Sweet summer peaches meet smoky, savory grilled pork in this effortlessly seasonal dish. Thick-cut SRF Kurobuta Pork Chops are generously seasoned and grilled until deeply caramelized on the outside and juicy within, then finished with quick-pickled peaches and red onion for a bright, tangy contrast. The combination of rich pork, warm spice, and sweet-tart fruit makes this a simple summer dinner that feels far more special than the effort it requires.
