Skirt Steak

Outside skirt steak is sometimes called a "butcher's cut" because it's a uniquely delicious cut that is popular with beef experts. This simple, but rich marinade, infuses American Wagyu with sweet and savory elements for a fast, but impressive meal. This recipe is a stand-by at the Rebholtz family table. According to Beth Rebholtz, "Skirt steak is my go-to whenever I have dinner guests. Easy to prep, quick on the grill and tasty! It never disappoints."
