This shortcut spin on a restaurant favorite is made with just seven ingredients and will be on your table in 30 minutes or less. Bonus: It’s ideal for meal-prepping!

Ingredients
2 pounds SRF Ground Beef
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 cups small broccoli florets
rice, for serving
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water. Set the sauce aside.
Add the ground beef to a large skillet set over medium heat. Brown the meat, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is no longer pink.
Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
Drain any grease from the pan then add the prepared sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook, stirring, for 1 minute until the sauce thickens slightly. Spoon over rice and serve.
